Its a two way street people...
There have been times where I have been interested in buying something, talked to a member about it, and decided against buying it. Dont think I ever said "I am gonna purchase it TONIGHT" and then flaked out though... anytime I did really want something without money in hand, I told them to hold it and did go through with buying it.
Likewise I have been selling stuff and people say "I want this or that and maybe the other" and I hold it for them but then I never hear from them, but I don't freak out and make posts about it. Like ambition here said, its part of the game. People like to window shop - they say ooh I like that and its cheap, but then decide against it the next day. Its just part of selling stuff. Ive sold hundreds of dollars in wheels to people here and not had a single problem, but I also have had trouble selling stuff that was 100x cheaper...
As others have said I dont understand the post in "outing" certain members for doing this. Just makes me not want to even show interest in stuff you are selling for fear of being called out should I retract my interest at a later date...

Did you and Ambition even read? I would not want to sell something to you because you can't read!
I have said several times it is not about a change of heart etc..it is about selling habits that are ghetto.
Atleast 3 long term members here have said they would buy something from me...never heard from them again. That is not what this is about. Dude wasted my time said 2 times he would pay me tonight them stopped communication. If you see no problem with that then I know where you stand.
Yeah 100% ebay feedback here member since 99...has nothing to do with it. I've sold and bought a shit ton of parts here and have noticed, not just from my transactions, a decline in how people conduct themselves.
Ebay, forums of all kinds, all have some form of member selling/buying feedback that is the title of this post...if someone wrongs you I sure would like to know as to avoid a similar transaction savy?

Yay more pissing and moaning about uncontrollable shit.
People wasting your time when selling shit comes with the territory.
kind of like when you buy something off a douche and you get burned.
Use ebay or something other than azbmw.org to sell something professionally.

Would you like some cheese with that whine?
People do that to me all the time. Supposed to meet up here, txted him, no txt back. Next day "Oh sorry man something came up my girlfriend got pregnancy and my mom was in the hospital and i had to study for a test and my house exploded ill meet you tomorow kk?" then tomorow no response...
Sorry man, it happens. Really no point in complaining about it - people wont change.

F'ing noobs Hey noob want some more stfu with your posts that have added nothing and I mean nothing to this discussion? Your opinion along with other noob's does not mean shit the fact that you seem to not give a shit that craigslist type street dealings get conducted here helps weed you out...so those who have posted they don't care (read you are ghetto and shit in your own backyard ) can be a reminder for those of us with less moral flexability to steer clear of you...thats it! Thanks lazy, evilsmith and Chris for some kind of suggestions, feedback.

| lol...if you wouldve just met me when i asked then u never wouldve had to go through any of this...u forget that people have lives and picking up a wacom tablet that is 35 miles away might not be on top of the priority list..and if you wouldve texted something back after that last text i sent then you wouldve had your money by now..i apologize that the only time that i could meet was at night..(by the way 9 oclock is not even that late)...but like i said, school full time, work full time, 6 month old baby and a wife...you try to squeeze a two hour long drive in there somewhere...so yea..for all the other members of this forum..i did say that i was going to buy something...and i havent bought said item YET..but its not like i didnt try to make arrangements...(i even offered u extra money cuz of all the back and forth we had to do).life happens and i try to run with the flow...sometimes i can keep up..sometimes i cant..dont act like i did this all for fun...at the end of the day you still have something you dont need and i dont have something i need so looks like we both got fucked... |

When I sell ish on CL I put in the ad to "reply w. a time/day you would be willing to pick the item up in Chandler" Probably 40% of people can follow directions. haha
Better than 18 emails trying to find out if you would take $20 less/ where you located/ what time's best/ where to meet.
NO phone #s.. No open ended ads.. Pics/videos when applicable.. Well written/details are all your friend.
PS, when I run into scammers/Dbags I give them a piece of my mind. CL/Forums are great when not abused!
